Hand-finished plaster, reclaimed wood, and raw stone are our primary tools. Ar. Ashraf Ahamed is the Principal Architect and Founding Partner of Space Theories. Renowned for his refined design sensibility and poetic approach to form, his work seamlessly weaves contemporary elegance with contextual intelligence. With a Master’s degree in Parametric Design from Spain, he brings a distinctive edge to the studio—where computational precision meets architectural intuition. His design philosophy is grounded in clarity, restraint, and timelessness. He believes in crafting spaces that speak softly yet profoundly, balancing materiality, proportion, and spatial rhythm to create environments that are both grounded and visionary. Mr. Abdul Rahman is the Co-Founder and Senior Project Manager at Space Theories, bringing over a decade of on-ground expertise, precision, and an unshakable commitment to executional excellence.
