C-21 Mohali is a private residence located in the serene yet evolving cityscape of Mohali, Punjab. The client approached us with a clear vision—interiors that exude contemporary luxury while remaining warm, functional, and deeply personal. They desired a home that reflected global aesthetics, modern comfort, and an effortlessly refined sense of grandeur. Our approach began with establishing a design language that blended sleek minimalism with rich detailing. We curated a neutral base palette—creamy beiges, dove greys, and soft taupes—layered with accents of smoked glass, brushed gold, walnut wood, and Italian marble. The idea was to let materials speak for themselves, giving the space a natural, luxurious rhythm. Each room was treated with its own identity while maintaining a cohesive tone throughout the house. Living areas were designed with open layouts, statement lighting, and plush furniture in textured velvets and suedes. Art pieces and sculptural decor added elegance without overwhelming the simplicity of the design. The master suite was crafted as a calm retreat—featuring a walk-in wardrobe, full-height upholstered headboards, and mood lighting that transitions from day to night. Bathrooms carried a spa-like sophistication with marble cladding, soft ambient lighting, and sleek fixtures. Storage solutions were custom-designed to be both aesthetic and efficient—flush with the architecture, finished in high-gloss laminates, and subtly detailed with metal trims. Contemporary luxury, for us, was about restraint, precision, and attention to detail. Throughout the process, we worked closely with the client, refining every texture, fixture, and finish until it resonated with their taste and lifestyle.
